ADAM DOLEAC’S BARSTOOL WHISKEY WONDERLAND (WONDERLAND SIDES) ACOUSTIC EP AVAILABLE TODAY

He is currently on his Multi-City National “Barstool Whiskey Wonderland” Tour

ADAM DOLEAC’S BARSTOOL WHISKEY WONDERLAND (WONDERLAND SIDES) ACOUSTIC EP AVAILABLE TODAY

Today, rising country star and talented singer-songwriter Adam Doleac released his acoustic EP, Barstool Whiskey Wonderland (Wonderland Sides). Following the debut of his 18-track album Barstool Whiskey Wonderland last fall, the EP offers a stripped-down version of some of Adam’s most popular hits including “Neon Fools,” “Coulda Loved You Longer,” and his viral fan-favorite “Famous.” You can listen to the album HERE.

Barstool Whiskey Wonderland (Wonderland Sides) Tracklist

  • “Famous” (Adam Doleac/Bobby Hamrick/Andy Skib)
  • “Don’t It Sound Alright” (Adam Doleac/Josh Jenkins/Chris La Corte)
  • “Coulda Loved You Longer” (Adam Doleac/Casey Brown/Jesse Lee Levin)
  • “Neon Fools” (Adam Doleac/Thomas Finchum/Andy Skib)
  • “Barstool Whiskey Wonderland” (Adam Doleac/Lindsay Rimes/Jonathan Singleton)
  • “Girl In Love” (Adam Doleac/Jared Keim/Derrick Southerland)
  • “Til Dawn Do Us Part” (Adam Doleac/Rian Ball/Ben Caver)

“The fans have been incredibly supportive of Barstool Whiskey Wonderland,” Adam said. “Whether through socials or out on the road, they’ve requested for this to come to life. I want them to know that I’ve listened and I’m grateful, so this acoustic EP is dedicated to them.”

Adam has garnered over 360 million total global on-demand streams to date, and last fall, he released Barstool Whiskey Wonderland to much fanfare nearly a decade after moving to Music City. He co-wrote every song on the album aside from his collaboration with Danielle Bradbery, “Fake Love,” which was penned by an all-star lineup made up of HARDY, Ryan Hurd, Maren Morris and Jordan Schmidt. One of his biggest hits off the album, “Famous” is Gold-certified and opens this latest acoustic EP. Barstool Whiskey Wonderland (Wonderland Sides) is a nod to all his fans who continuously requested that his songs be stripped down and made as acoustic versions – they spoke, he listened. This is just the beginning for Adam, as he has additional fresh new music he plans to roll out over the next few months.

Adam is currently on his headlining Barstool Whiskey Wonderland with tour special guest, Alana SpringsteenHe has played for sold out crowds in New York, Boston, Dallas, Houston, and Charlotte with upcoming stops in Atlanta, Louisville, and Indianapolis. He’ll also be performing at country’s biggest event of the year at CMA Fest on Thursday, June 8th as well as Bash on the Bay and Golden Sky Festival later this year.

About Adam Doleac:

Raised in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Arista Nashville/Sony Music Nashville rising star Adam Doleac credits devoted parents for his strong work ethic, and his dream-chasing determination. After earning a baseball scholarship to the University of Southern Mississippi, he ended up playing in front of 30,000 at the College World Series – fueling a craving for big crowds he still chases today. Doleac fell in love with music during college, writing songs with teammates and challenging himself to play hometown shows while devouring the work of emotional explorers like John Mayer, Gavin DeGraw, Amos Lee and more. He acquired a publishing deal after posting an original song to YouTube that went viral, and then finally decided to make the move to Nashville. He spent the following years sharpening his penmanship, and eventually Kane Brown, Gabby Barrett, Darius Rucker and more had all cut his songs, while Doleac built a grassroots fanbase touring the country in his pickup truck. Proving the old adage of Nashville being a 10-year town, Doleac delivered his 18-track debut album Barstool Whiskey Wonderland on September 30, nearly a decade after relocating to Music City, and is about to conclude his first-ever, sold-out headlining tour, the “Barstool Whiskey Wonderland Tour.” With tracks like the Gold-certified “Famous” and soul-mate anthem “Another,” both of which hit No. 1 on SiriusXM’s The Highway, fans have gotten only a glimpse of that wonderland so far. Now they get the full picture.

TENILLE TOWNES’ TRAIN TRACK WORKTAPES OUT NOW

TENILLE TOWNES’ TRAIN TRACK WORKTAPES OUT NOW FEATURES MULTIPLE ONE-TAKE RECORDINGS AND SOLO-WRITES SIDE A + B TOUR UNDERWAY

TENILLE TOWNES’ TRAIN TRACK WORKTAPES OUT NOW

Reigning CCMA Entertainer of the Year and two-time JUNO Award winner Tenille TownesTrain Track Worktapes arrives today, just as she launches the U.S leg of her SIDE A + B TOUR. Listen to the introspective, stripped-down project HERE.

“I hope people feel like they are sitting next to us on this train as we were making this music. I hope it feels like a ride they want to keep getting on board for and feel comforted by the rattle of the tracks and the hum of the engine in the fabric of these songs,” said Townes. “I felt so inspired in the motion of this trip, and by the resilience and generosity of the human spirit, witnessing people bundled up in the freezing cold to come support their local food banks at these 65 shows we played along the way. I couldn’t help but write about it and record it, and I’m so glad we get to take this ride together through this project out there now.”

Conceptualized, written, and recorded on a charity train trip that covered nearly 3,000 miles across southern Canada, Train Track Worktapes is a collection as unique as the experience it was born from. A tradition in her native country, the CP Holiday Train benefits local food banks when their need is greatest, as each attendee brings donations to catch the free concert. Train doors fold down to create a stage, where Townes entertained crowds ranging from dozens to thousands, sometimes in temperatures as low as -24F. She performed 65 shows during her 15 days on board.

With acoustic, roots-driven sonics that call back to her debut release, Living Room Worktapes, Townes’ transcendent vocals shine with raw emotion across the EP’s five tracks. Throughout Train Track Worktapes, the gifted raconteur explores concepts such as what defines home, living life in motion, fulfilling a troubadour spirit, and feeling joy so all-consuming you fear its end. The project is highlighted by with a cover of Fleetwood Mac’s “Landslide” recorded in a single take, while additional tracks include autobiographical opener “Home to Me,” troubadour anthem “Pieces of my Heart,” wandering ode “Coming Together,” and additional one-take marvel “Wheels.” Each song is accented in its own way with the rattle and rhythm of the train, from the hum of the wheels against the track to the clang of the bells from a crossing.

To create the distinctive sound, Townes, a producer on the project alongside guitarist Jaxon Hargrove, and her band embraced the environment, getting resourceful with their setup. A suitcase turned into a kickdrum. Tin foil and paper bowls became a shaker. Teacups made the perfect substitute for a triangle. They used boxed wine to cover air vents, so the sound didn’t bleed into the recordings. They borrowed equipment and microphones from the train cars housing the stage and gear and recorded mainly in the train’s caboose, sometimes capturing takes in 20-minute spurts between shows.

The journey continues with new manifestations of the Train Track Worktapes magic, with details to be revealed soon. Stay Tuned via Townes’ Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

JAMESON RODGERS IS “BUILT FOR HEARTBREAK” ON BROODING NEW RELEASE

‘SONGS BUILT FOR HEARTBREAK’ WRITERS ROUND SET FOR MAY 4 AT NASHVILLE’S LISTENING ROOM CAFÉ

JAMESON RODGERS IS “BUILT FOR HEARTBREAK” ON BROODING NEW RELEASE

Jameson Rodgers is ready to withstand destruction on his new release, “Built for Heartbreak,” available now. Listen to the turbulent track HERE.

“When I’m trying to decide which songs to record, I typically base it off of how many times I play it in my truck. This song survived that test and I’m so happy it did,” said Rodgers. “‘Built For Heartbreak’ makes you FEEL the emotions of the lyrics. It takes you down the path of someone flirting with rock bottom and makes you feel like you’re right there with them. Whether you’re in that or not, anyone can relate to being in a similar season of life. As a songwriter, this is one that I wish I would’ve written.”

Written by John Byron, Chris La Corte, and Hillary Lindsey, “Built for Heartbreak” is a rare outside cut from the multi-AIMP Award nominee. Rodgers’ gritty growl underscores the pleading lyrics: “I’m already a disaster / Yeah, I’m too far for savin’ now.” With forlorn production, the track is another shining example of Rodgers’ Heartbreak Kid mentality.

To celebrate the new track, Rodgers will host a ‘Songs Built for Heartbreak’ writers round Thursday, May 4 at the Listening Room Café in Nashville with special guests Dylan Marlowe, Brent Anderson, and Hunter Phelps. Tickets are available now HERE. Currently opening for HARDY on the mockingbird & THE CROW Tour, Rodgers will hit the stage at summer festivals such as CMA Fest and join Billy Currington and Jordan Davis for select dates.

NATE SMITH ANNOUNCES DELUXE VERSION OF SELF-TITLED ALBUM – BOTH DUE OUT APRIL 28

NOMINATED FOR NEW MALE ARTIST OF THE YEAR AT THE 58TH ACM AWARDS

GEARS UP FOR FIRST EVER STAGECOACH PERFORMANCE

Powerhouse vocalist Nate Smith announced today that he will be releasing a deluxe version of his debut, self-titled album. Both Nate Smith and Nate Smith (Deluxe) will be released on April 28. Due to incredible fan demand on his social platforms, Nate Smith (Deluxe) will include highly anticipated track “World On Fire” and five other new songs. Pre-order/add/save Nate Smith (Deluxe) HERE.

2023 is shaping up to be a breakthrough year for the entertainer, who was announced as a nominee for NEW MALE ARTIST OF THE YEAR at the 58th ACM Awards last week. Fans can tune in on May 11 at 8 p.m. EDT/7 p.m. CDT/5 p.m. PDT as it streams live exclusively on Prime Video from Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, TX. This nomination arrives on the heels of his 2023 CMT Awards nomination for BREAKTHROUGH MALE VIDEO OF THE YEAR for his Platinum-certified No.1 smash hit “Whiskey On You.”

Lauded for his “strong voice that grips a lyric with ferocity” (Billboard), Nate was also recognized on multiple 2023 “Artist to Watch” lists this year including Amazon’s Breakthrough Artists to Watch, MusicRow’s Next Big Thing, CMT’s Listen Up, CRS New Faces, among others. With his first No. 1 under his belt and his debut album set to arrive in less than two weeks, Smith proves to be “powering through his own lane and will only go up from here” (MusicRow).

Nate shared about the impending full-length project: “It has been so much fun making this album, and I really believe in every one of these songs. Releasing an album has always been a goal of mine, but at the end of the day it’s really not about me. It’s about being able to reach other people with music that means something.” He adds that his mission with his music is to be a “conduit of hope”; a selfless and passionate driving force that’s thematic in his songs. “I’m not trying to be cool, or reinvent the wheel, or chase musical trends…I’m going after the heart of the matter.” Last week, Nate shared a trailer for the album. Watch here.

Nate’s journey to Nashville and the challenges he endured along the way are traceable in his gravelly tone, including losing his hometown of Paradise, CA to Camp Fire, the deadliest and most destructive fire in the state’s history. Following the fire, Nate turned to music to cope, eventually inspiring a cross-country road trip to Nashville to pursue music fulltime.

Through all the hardships, the rising star found purpose and hope. Like Nate, the collection of songs is honest, raw, real, and threaded together with optimism. While each song tells its own story, Nate unveils two sides of his artistry through the project: deep, heartfelt ballads and fun-loving, drink in the air, country jams. The two are intertwined with undeniable hooks and his signature velvet thunder vocals.

Nate will perform at Stagecoach for the first time on April 28, the same day his debut album will be released. He will then join Thomas Rhett on his HOME TEAM TOUR 23, which will kick off May 4 in Des Moines, IA, and will hit a total of 40 cities this summer. Tickets are on sale now. LUKE COMBS ACHIEVES RECORD-BREAKING WEEKEND AT NASHVILLE’S NISSAN STADIUM

SETS VENUE’S TWO-DAY AND SINGLE-DAY CONCERT ATTENDANCE RECORDS WITH MASSIVE WORLD TOUR

LUKE COMBS ACHIEVES RECORD-BREAKING WEEKEND AT NASHVILLE’S NISSAN STADIUM

“one of music’s mightiest voices and a hitmaking force arguably unlike any seen out of Nashville this century”—USA Today

“a superstar who is shaping the future of the genre while also serving as one of its fiercest defenders”
The Washington Post

April 17, 2023—Country superstar and reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year Luke Combs broke Nissan Stadium’s two-day and single-day concert attendance records this past weekend in Nashville with over 95,000. The two-day record comes as Combs added an unprecedented surprise second show on Friday, which was announced only one week prior. In recent years, Titans stadium has been home to such acts as Beyoncé, Garth Brooks, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, Elton John, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rolling Stones, Ed Sheeran, and Taylor Swift to name a few.

Reflecting on the shows, Combs shares, “Music City…Man, when I moved here, I just wanted an opportunity to be around music in any capacity, so I never could have dreamed of a weekend like this, especially with a last-minute notice of the Friday show to the fans but they showed up…just like they always do. Nashville, thank you. I’m glad to call this home.”

Additionally, Gary Gersh, President of Global Touring and Talent at AEG shares, “This only further confirms what we have always known: Luke is a monumental talent whose voice and music continues to find a larger and larger audience. We couldn’t be prouder to be a part of such an extraordinary career.”

Furthermore, Ashlee Stokely, Tennessee Titans Vice President of Stadium Events & Experience, adds, “Nissan Stadium is ‘Nashville’s Biggest Stage,’ and we are thrilled to kick off our summer concert season with record breaking attendance at the 2023 Luke Combs tour. The energy and excitement in the stadium was electric as Luke delivered an unforgettable show in Music City.”

With 40 shows across 3 continents and 16 countries, the record-breaking run is the largest tour ever for a country artist. The trek continues this Saturday with a sold-out show at Detroit’s Ford Field with additional upcoming sold-out shows at Chicago’s Soldier Field, Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium and Foxborough’s Gillette Stadium as well as stops in Australia, New Zealand, U.K., Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, France and Belgium. See below for complete itinerary.

The tour further celebrates Combs’ new album, Gettin’ Old—a companion to his acclaimed 2022 record, Growin’ Up—which was released last month via River House Artists/Columbia Nashville (stream/purchase HERE). Receiving widespread critical attention, Combs recently spoke with Esquire, who calls Combs, “the best country singer of his generation.” Additionally, The New York Times proclaims, “…grounded in country, complete with fiddle fills, but it’s also pointed toward a wide pop audience,” while Billboard declares, “his electrifying-yet-earthy voice soundtracking this time in his life as a husband, father and entertainer at the top of his game” and Music Row praises, “one of the most gripping vocalists in our genre. The themes of maturity and thoughtfulness are embedded in this beautifully crafted lyric.”

Produced by Combs, Chip Matthews and Jonathan Singleton, Gettin’ Old is Combs’ fourth full-length album following Growin’ Up, 2019’s 3x Platinum What You See is What You Get and his 4x Platinum debut, This One’s For You. Across these eighteen tracks, including a rendition of Tracy Chapman’s “Fast Car,” the Grand Ole Opry-member and 8x CMA, 3x ACM, 3x Billboard Music Award-winner continues to establish himself as one of music’s most authentic and powerful voices in music today, as he explores themes of family, legacy, love and personal growth.

Combs also recently extended his record-breaking run at country radio with his single, “Going, Going, Gone,” which spent two weeks at #1 at country radio. This is Combs’ 15th consecutive #1 single—the longest consecutive streak for an artist since their debut—and makes Combs one of the fastest to accumulate 15 #1s, joining the ranks of Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson and Alabama. Moreover, Combs recently earned 26 new Platinum and Gold RIAA certifications and has partnered with Opry Entertainment Group to open a massive multi-level entertainment complex in downtown Nashville, which is expected to open summer 2024.

KARLEY SCOTT COLLINS PERFECTLY DEPICTS INFATUATION WITH NEW SONG “BRAIN ON LOVE”

The rising songstress also announces her debut EP Hands On The Wheel slated for release on May 5

KARLEY SCOTT COLLINS PERFECTLY DEPICTS INFATUATION WITH NEW SONG “BRAIN ON LOVE”

Sony Music Nashville artist Karley Scott Collins shares the next piece of her artistry with “Brain On Love” available everywhere now. A bluesy, moody vocal laced over shimmering electric guitar riffs, “Brain on Love” creates a juxtaposition that goes hand in hand with the elements of a true fixation during a new relationship. Whether it’s healthy or not – the dependency and cravings for most are real. The emotive and vintage track was written by Collins with Summer Overstreet, Cameron Bartolini, and Liam Kevany and produced by Dann Huff.

LISTEN TO “BRAIN ON LOVE”

“I got the idea for this song after reading an article about how scientists had proven that the chemical reactions your brain has when you’re falling in love are virtually identical to the ones people have on drugs,” shares Collins about the song’s inspiration. “Being in love completely rewires your brain to the point where everything reminds you of that person and it’s all you can think about. It keeps you up at night, you can’t eat, all you wanna do is see that person again. We had a lot of fun writing this one. I love the colorful imagery and the rock edge this song has.”

Collins also announces her major label debut project, Hands On The Wheel, which will be out everywhere on Friday, May 5. Backed by Sony Music Nashville, CAA and Warner Chappell Music – Collins is prepared to share her heart, her unique talent and five songs that she knows her growing fanbase will adore. Already hailed a star in the making” by Country Swag, this 23-year-old channels a unique vintage vibe while engaging a fresh, younger fanbase. Keep up with Collins on InstagramTikTokFacebookYouTube, and her website.

ABOUT KARLEY SCOTT COLLINS:

When Karley Scott Collins moved to Nashville from her hometown of Lake City, Fla., she arrived armed with her words – turns of phrase she’d fallen in love with, stories told to her by friends and family, and lyrics she’d jotted down in notebooks since she was 12.  It’s Karley’s rich and emotionally soulful voice – an instrument that toes the line between wide-eyed wonder and world-weary knowledge – that anchors their messages. At their focal points, her songs are wrapped in lush instrumentation, neatly folding in her myriad musical influences like The Eagles, Stevie Nicks, Leonard Cohen, and Willie Nelson.  Backed by Warner Chappell Publishing and Sony Nashville, her debut releases, “Heavenly” and “Tattoos,” struck a chord with critics upon release, and her latest offerings “Brain on Love” and “Petty in the 80s” are available now.  With her debut EP Hands on the Wheel set for release May 5, the 23-year-old upstart is all but assured to land with a seismic impact in the months ahead.
