Prior to winning Video of the Year, she delivered a flawless performance of her smash hit, “Little Toy Guns,” for the first time on television.

Jake Owen crowd-surfed his way onto the stage to deliver an eye-popping performance of his new single “Real Life,” accompanied by an army of dancers, colorful bouncing balls and even larger-than-life donuts and pizza slices. Sara Evans introduced Jake, and later, Kenny Chesney took the party to the streets of downtown Nashville where he performed “American Kids.”
