SONY MUSIC NASHVILLE ARTISTS TAKE HOME TWO CMA AWARDS

LUKE COMBS NAMED ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR, DEBUTS NEW SONG “DOIN’ THIS”

Sony Music Nashville artists earned two CMA Awards Wednesday night during the 55th Annual ceremony in Nashville.

Luke Combs took home the night’s top honor with his first Entertainer of the Year win. Old Dominion scored their fourth consecutive win for Vocal Group of the Year. 

Kane Brown and Chris Young joined forces to perform their multi-week No. 1 hit “Famous Friends,” while Luke Combs debuted his brand-new song “Doin’ This.” Miranda Lambert opened the show with a high-energy medley of her greatest hits, including “Kerosene,” “Mama’s Broken Heart,” “Bluebird,” “Little Red Wagon,” and “Gunpowder & Lead,” and Old Dominion took the stage with their Top 10 smash “I Was On A Boat That Day.”

Elle King introduced a performance by Zac Brown Band.
